Using Virtual Reality (VR) for Empathy Building in Housing Retrofitting and Sustainable Living through Participatory Design

This project builds on the success and findings of the Retrofit Rocks Project and supports Coventry City Council’s efforts to increase the uptake of retrofit programs.

It employs a human-centred approach using co-creative workshops and virtual reality (VR) to enhance public awareness and households’ uptake of retrofit grants.

Lory Barile working with local schools and Coventry residents to raise awareness of different ways to increase the energy efficiency of our homes.
