Eva Verhoeven is a London-based designer, artist, and researcher.
Eva’s research sits at the intersection of ecological, political, and technical systems through critical creative practice. As Programme Director of Creative Computing & Robotics at UAL's Creative Computing Institute, she investigates computational culture and more-than-human-human-centred design. Her published works examine interface design ethics, more-than-human maker culture, and pedagogies for planetary health.
She has presented her work internationally, including at Siggraph (Los Angeles), ISEA (Istanbul), and Piksel Festival (Bergen, Norway). She co-founded UAL's Critical Climate Computing research group and the Experimental Infrastructure Research Hub CCI.
