Professor Clive Grinyer is the Head of Programme for Service Design at the Royal College of Art.
Clive has set up and led design teams for companies including Barclays Bank, Cisco, Samsung and telecoms company Orange. He started his career with innovation consultancy IDEO in the US and was co-founder of the design consultancy Tangerine along with Apple design chief Sir Jony Ive.
He was Director of Design and Innovation for the UK Design Council and Head of Service Design at the Royal College of Art.
Clive is strategic advisor to Bosch and runs design programmes for a wide variety of organisations. He is the author of “Smart Design” and is writing his second book, “Redesigning Thinking”, to be published in 2025.
